Debra Posted October 28, 2011 Share Posted October 28, 2011 I was told that when we redecorate some of the rooms upstairs I should add wall insulation and then get a new DPE report because even though the report lasted 10 years; it would be worth getting one as it would make a big difference to the figures and make the house more saleable.
