groslard Posted January 20, 2008 Share Posted January 20, 2008 If you have one of these, don't forget to ask your médecin traitant to apply to your local Cpam for an attestation.You will then get a certificate for each one, with a date up till when it is valid.Only these diseases are 100% reimbursed.It is becoming more and more common for health providers to ask to see this attestation.
