Miki Posted April 20, 2004 Share Posted April 20, 2004 Apart from the 19th hole and the remedies etc that can be found there, go to your Doctor and explain, she/he will issue you with a certicate. To be a member of the French golf Federation you also need an annual health certificateOur Daughter has to have one for school every year to be able to do sports.Miki Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Chrissie Posted April 21, 2004 Share Posted April 21, 2004 When our club handed out this year's FFG membership cards, they came with preprinted forms requiring only the doctor's signature.
