I presume you mean from the Astra 2 satellites? http://fr.kingofsat.net/pos-28.2E.php Astra 1C and 1E don't exist on Astra 1 satellite at 19,2 E http://fr.kingofsat.net/pos-19.2E.php

I  am not trying to be picky but just mentioning it as it can be very confusing.

Anyway, if you do mean the UK channels on Astra 2 sat then I have no problem here either. There are lots of possibilities - dish moving slightly, water ingress (as Pierre says), cable corrosion, loose connection.....

We have a sky digibox and in the last 2 weeks have noticed a loss of signal at exactly 2000 (8PM) on five occasions, needing unplugging /replugging box. Apart from that no problems.

You don't live too far from me and we sometimes get a problem of dropout or pixelation on some channels. This is caused by one or a more of the following, size of dish, how well it's aligned and weather conditions plus the fact we are so far south we will always get poor signals compared to 'up north'. If it really rains (and we know it does down here with a vengeance) we can loose every channel or just a handful.
