We have a sky digibox and in the last 2 weeks have noticed a loss of signal at exactly 2000 (8PM) on five occasions, needing unplugging /replugging box. Apart from that no problems. Justsomeguy

Since Sky finally pulled the plug last Monday on our old blue type sky card, which is now removed, first Ch4 then BBC1 BBC2 and ITV1 have all changed channel numbers and channels 101 to 106 have disappeared. Anyone else got this? I suppose I`ll have to try installing them manually?

Is it just me or has Hotmail been down all day today? It just scomes up Service Unavailable when I try to log in.

Although I`m still no wiser re the CT------- As the car doesn`t have to have one yet ,the CT isn`t more than six months old-so, do I take it there should be at least 6 months still to run before the CT is due?

Can anyone please give me an idea of what the cost of the CT for a Twingo(1.2  16v) will be? I have read previous queries re this and I am totally unsure of how long a CT must have to run when I sell it. The car is nearly 4 years old and is due for test in September (ie just less than 6 months). Am I legal to sell without hassle or would it be best just to get an early CT as I want to sell soon??

I dont know about the Insurance implications, but you need to get an annual certificate to say that your chimney(s) have been cleaned for the Pompiers, if you have a chimney fire and they attend. We had a  chimney fire when we first arrived in the Aude and the Pompier came and dealt with it very efficiently (they even swept the chimney!) but said this one was free but could charge after this if we didn`t get a certificate from a sweep.

I`ve got a Sky Digibox but have lost the card, but have been getting all FTA channels fine since Sept03. Yesterday we lost TCM and get a `please insert your card` message.Is it because I haven`t got the card or are they not FTA now? Any ideas?
