Loiseau Posted April 20, 2019 Share Posted April 20, 2019 I had a lot of trouble with French correspondents on Orange not apparently receiving emails I sent from my UK email address. Turned out they had been hived off into my friends' "indésirables" folders; it was necessary for them to check that, and then to mark my emails as friends, or something. pomme Posted April 21, 2019 Share Posted April 21, 2019 Sometimes Orange accounts have been used by spammers and the IP address they used at the time has been blacklisted. Those IP addresses are not fixed so you could have been assigned one when you next logged in. As a result, your e-mail could have been blocked or sent to spam by the recipient's ISP mail server spam detection. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The problem has arisen when I have not been receiving her confirmatory replies to my bookings or changes of arrangement on either of my emails.
