NickP Posted February 8, 2021 Share Posted February 8, 2021 Something that has always mystified me is why do Taxis have a red and green light, OK I understand the message, but am I right in my belief that you can't flag down a taxi in the country like you can in Paris etc. If my belief is correct I ask then, why do they have the lights?
