Géant had an BOGOF offer on these a month or so ago and we stocked up.

They do not carry the black choc and I settled for plain! [:)]

I buy these in Carrefour. I've noticed that they are sold in 2 separate sections of the store. Those in the "British Food" section are dearer than those in the general biscuit section. (Can't give the exact prices though.)

I don't think they are identical, the packaging is slightly different, but both are McVities Digestives.

Yep, I think they taste the same and I noticed too that there is a bit of a price hike between which shelf they're on , just those who haven't spotted them yet on the french shelf the called Original. Seems the good people of Pezenas are now hoarding them as supplies seem to have dried up temporarily!

Talking to a guy who was restocking the "British" shelf at Intermarche (now Carrefour) at Prayssac and he said he rented the space for his own stock.Maybe thats why you see different prices?
