5 years ago when we were back in the UK we to found a GSD. [:)]We took her to the vet and he checked her all over. She had no chip, he thought she was around 18 mths and he seemed to think she was unable to have pups and that someone had been trying to breed from her without luck.[8-)] We had her chipped wormed and rabis jabbed as we wre planning to move abroad sometime in the near future. We already had one GSD called Bracken so we named her Fern. [:D]We all now live in France along with her  2 sons!!! an extremly happy pack we all are to.[:)][:)][:)][:)] Enjoy Lewis and may he bring you many years of love and companionship. We have 4 German Shepards 2 came over with us and the other two were born here. They have the most wonderful lives and are extremly happy, healthy and spoilt. Do not worry at all so long as your GSD is with you it will be happy here to. Good luck with everything[:)]

Were with you on the climbing front Chris. Its fun and extremly safe if you know what your doing. What these roadside tree men do is NOT tree surgary is it Chris the oppersite infact more often than not.

It would appear that there are nearly as many of us Tree surgeons as there are trees now hey Chris. In area 87 &86 there do not appear to be many listed trees at all, that said we have come across one. Aftre we condemed it the DDE did also. The removal was then a standard procedure[:)]

We have seen some pretty horrible injurys were people un traned have decided they can use a chain saw. Our thoughts are always leave these things to the experts. After all what price for life. Chainsaws are VERY unforgiving

I believe it is a fungus that feeds on the sugery subtance called honeydew. Honeydew is the excrement of aphids. To treat use horticulural soap or oil.
