I have failed to find this information about Herr Bock... However...   Using one mans testimony against the might of the 3rd Reich as regards its intention to dispose of a millenia of european jewery is near nonsense.  Are there other examples of Nazi soldiers being given such leniency...? Or was this just a puppet for the court...?

I am genuinly enlightend and surprised by Dicks last posting.  An SS Corporal given alternative duties...? Thats not the 'last man last bullet' SS we have all grown to love, is it now...?  Oh, I'd rather surrender to the Americans than risk a nasty death if you don't mind commandant....type attitude... One example only...? Was he the Fuhrers pet corporal...? Are there more Dick..? I am sorry if I seem flippant about the subject.  

Also... many people had no choice but to follow orders... What would the consequences be if they didn't...? Your hide or theirs...?

Like our company name, we are both quite large, in fact obese. So we must hire a car that is spacious enough for two fatties and our fat family who are flying over.  A 4x4 should do it.  Lots of 4x4 owners are rather large, must be why they drive them...

They probally ain't Frogs but overweight Brits like us...
