I bought a juice recipe book a year or so ago. But don't ever use it for recipes just the nutritional content of different fruit and veg. I just lob anything i grab my hands on in it! [:D] Although tend to use mainly veg. Not too fussy what it tastes like, as long as it has good stuff in it! I'm used to the odd combo's now. A good bit of root ginger added tastes great though! Also a lot depends on what type of juicer you have. I used to have a cheapo and wasn't impressed so stole my parents posh one! Also means it fits most stuff in whole, so no peeling /cutting which is a pain if you use it daily. Do some web research on nutrition content of veggies and juicing and see what you  need to help your body recover. Try and avoid really hard pips and stones. I only ever peal citrus fruit.

No, not at the moment Panda. Currently working on setting up my business over here and developing products and stock. Planning to get out to some shows in the spring. Also got  a top secret plan in the pipeline of other work I'm going to be involved with! [:)] So watch out world, cos it's gonna be too cool![8-|]

Yep that's what i do. Blacksmithing/ metalwork. (yep Pads metal bashing![:D]) We were out and about a couple of weeks ago and the autumn colours were fantastic and i remembered i still had a bit of copper  squirreled away. They hold those small  candles. Other piccies..........i am in the process of getting a basic freebie website up and running. Until i work out how to do my own (got Microsoft expression web....anyone used it?). So i'll stick it on my profile! [:)]
