In answer to Clair's point, yes, things moved round recently; as part of the BBC's "20% cuts" it was decided to end the rental on one transponder on Astra 2 and cram everything/dump some interactive services into the remaining ones. Not a good omen, picture quality is not going to be helped by decisions to reduce carriage capacity.
Be gentle with us non-techies Martin but does this mean we've all wasted our money on HD sets?
Last time I looked at the maths I thought the better data compression of HD transmission meant less rather than more bad width was needed. Counter intuative.

Unless you have either a mobille dish or multible LNB then I would probably treat my self to a freesat box next time I was in the UK. Failing that process for autio search is on page 10 of the manual. http://www.fortecstar.com/user-manuals/fs-4000.pdf

601 is the channel for CBBC or CBbabies that uses the same frequency, transponder and location. Try a rescan / reinstall.

What do you receive when you try 601 ? If you have it what signal strength and quality ?

Talk to the people from whom you bought the car. Either they have sourced Mustangs destinged for Japan, Austrakia or New Zealand or they have a stock of the headlamps Check out American Chrome or Nitrous Magazine for sources of US car bits in France

Dutch Sat TV
Anton Redman replied to Gyn_Paul's topic in French Satellite TV, French Internet and Telephone
Only glimmer of hope is that the card system is one which is easily hacked. Might be worth asking your Dutch friends so have a search using google. My Dutch does not go much past greetings and counting. -
Selling a business that's also your home
Anton Redman replied to Lachouette's topic in French Legal Issues
I believe the issue is also TVA. When you sell a business you have to charge TVA at 19.6 %. I am not sure when and if the TVA is recoverable by the person who buys if the business as a business. -

At 25 cms with a woodburner I think you will be OK. We used exterior stone paint on ours but mainly because we had some left and liked the colour.

Racing in the streets. Most of my friends did clutch swops on 1100s and 1300s by the road side. Rebuilt minis and escorts so we had just too little money to go motor racing.

What happens when you build an oil tight A series ? Your front sub frame rusts through in 2 months ! It is like Max Power for people who have reached senior management or mangament which is what I originally typed.

The quote about going out and perhaps being some time is Captain Oates. I once explained it to a group from Japan and then had to explain it again word by word because they did not believe the English could have that sense of honour http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lawrence_Oates

I would buy a ceramic shower base and build the shower round it. Experience of wet room showers is you can never use WC / basib without foot prints into next door.
