  1. How do you sue a professional?  We've already been to the arbitration service of the governing body in question and they have advised that we now need to follow this through the courts ourselves, and don't really know where to start.

Last time I needed to renew my passport, I did it in the UK at a main Post Office, paid a little (£4, I think) extra to 'fast-track' it - applied on Saturday and it arrived the following Thursday, at the friend's address I had given (getting to the Passport Office in London just wasn't going to be an option).  Didn't seem very complicated at all .....

There was just one thing which spoilt the stay: the famous "ping" emitting from the kitchen at Br...[/quote] Our local croissants are HUGE - so we use boxes of frozen mini-croissants and pains au chocolat from a local wholesaler - a couple per person - take them out of the freezer and prove overnight, a touch of egg-glaze and 15mn in the oven the morning, and there you have it, fresh from the oven - also makes the house smell lovely in the morning as the guests come down for breakfast.  And if they're a bit later and the croissants are cold - well, I'm afraid that's life!
