In my case I rang the International Pension Centre 00 44 191 218 7777 on 17 March. After a relatively short wait and pressing buttons I got through OK. Even when I rang other numbers, they put me through to the relevant section. I did have the same problems you site, but on another number (which I don't have a record of)1 point
