That is correct , but although you cannot claim for the installation man hours, the windows and doors have to be supplied by and installed by a registered Artisan and the total cost must be on one single TVA invoice from that artisan.What this means is that you cannot buy them from somewhere like brico depot and get an artisan to install them or do them yourself if you want to claim tax relief. Caussenarde Posted March 26, 2008 Share Posted March 26, 2008 You can claim 40% of the cost of fênetres or portes-fênetres, provided they have a thermal conductivity better than 2 W/m2.K, and provided that the cost is itemised on the same invoice as the installation cost.
