Gardian Posted January 23 Author Share Posted January 23 we bought some ‘Rosbif’ from the butcher on the market last Friday - just 600gms. Briefly siered off in a pan and then just 24mins in a hot (20C) oven - 10 mins to rest.. Totally delcious & perfect for ‘cold’ today. What’s not to like?
