Wooden Gates?

Hi,

We are looking for some gates for the property where we live (Menerbes (84)).

Does anyone know where or if we can find a supplier who can make or obtain 'typical British field gates', the ones that you would see on entrances to farmers fields etc.?

(yeah, I know - why British gates when you live in France, you may ask? Well, simply because our boss is an idiot!)

I don't know about round you but here you can only get them from horsey suppliers (they are still common for stud farms etc.)  LG Distribution and a company called Renault Equestre (who deliver nationwide) near Paris.

Thanks for your help! We have been looking around locally but but have had worse than 'no luck'.  Never thought about the horsey thing, we'll look in to it and hopefully have some success.

You may find what you are looking for on their website : Here is a sample of their wooden gates. You also may notice that this company is able to make exactly what you wish, on demand (here is the contact form ).

Shipping is not a problem, Renault Equestre is working worldwide, even if their "french" website don't mention it.
