RichardT
A friend has not received an Avis d'Imposition yet and became concerned that perhaps ,somehow, the Declaration had "fallen through the cracks".By logging in online we found that all was well and that a refund was due. Will this automatically be returned by cheque, or does one have to "reclaim" this refund?Richard. [/quote]If your friend included a RIB with their declaration, or usually pay any tax due by direct debit, then the refund should be made automatically to their bank account sometime soon (they have to get the tax due in first so they can have enough to give out refunds). If not then I believe a cheque is sent to the address given on the declaration; but someone more knowledgeable than me will be along soon to say one way or another.Sue
mint
We've had cheques sent in the post at least twice but that was a few years ago.
