NormanH Posted June 7, 2017 Share Posted June 7, 2017 It was supposed to start in 2018, but now it is postponed until 2019 at least.Officially it is to give more time to get it right. Unofficially it's being whispered that it was thought to be a bad idea for the changeover to co-incide with the new lower côtisations for social security, since the fact that it would be stopped from the monthly salary each month for the first time would mask the drop in charges which the Government wants people to notice..
