etat sanitaire

Could someone please tell me what etat sanitaire refers to? I have to fill in an attestation d'accuiel and after indicating the number of rooms, there is "etat sanitaire:" with no indication of what one is supposed to write.

How about "très propre"?  Only joking but guessing, I would say perhaps the number of bathrooms, shower rooms, toilets?

Could be entirely wrong but I like a bit of a puzzle on a Sunday morning when I would normally be doing the crossword back in the UK!

I think you'll find it means condition of sanitation, i.e. mains drainage or fosse, current compliant or ancient? (of course bathroom as well would be good!)

It literally means sanitary state - state of your sanitary goods/ etc - so mains or fosse/ modern or old = I believe!?

'les sanitaires?' is often used to ask where the loo is in a resto, so I would probably reply to such a formal enquiry by giving the number of bath/shower rooms and the number of loos in the property.
