Loiseau Posted January 28, 2005 Share Posted January 28, 2005 I notice that, if I type an accented letter in a post, it (both letter and its accent)has a distressing tendency to disappear once it's on-site, so to speak.I mentioned a "donation entre epoux" (though with accent) some time ago in a post, but when I read it later, it had turned into "donation entre poux", which isn't quite what I meant!I make my accented letters with the Alt key +three-figure codes, in case that has a bearing on the issue.Let's try a few:épouxVendéecôtédernièreàmâtgarçonAll those had accents when leaving me...
