However in a funny way would she be the same person she is today without her heart condition. My dream is to have a small country cottage in France somewhere close to a bakery and a cafe. I wish I could be our French farmhouse, bought some years ago, and not stuck in commuter traffic on the way to a unsatisfactory job.
