Panda
HelloYes, the lake (looks like a river in this pic ) is on our land and so OH ensures the fish are still in there by checking on a regular basis!

raindog
Nobody deserves to have views like that from their kitchen and bedroom windows. We spent a week in Corsica recently in the house of a colleague of my wife. It was at the end of a track half way up a mountain. This was the view from the bedroom. A bit hazy on the horizon, but you can just see the island of Capraia and on other days when it was clearer we could see the Italian coast. Some people have all the luck!
Geordie girl
Smashing photo raindog but what about a photo from your house[;-)]I love to see all these photos, just wish i could work me camera better.
raindog
No pics from our house windows. Not much of a view anyway, as we're surrounded by high trees. But here's a pic of me Pastis kit I took last summer on the terrace. Garden burned up i'm afraid just like every year here.

Please
You know how to make christmas cake... [:-))] please tell me!!! My MIL has to make them for me normally as I can't... can you tell me how? [8-)]I'm not being modest really. My OH bought me some paints for christmas a couple of years ago... just a cheap set. I was working long hours and always stressed he thought it may help me relax. I tried to take some lessons at night school but never had time to go! Instead, everynow and again I just get out my paints and paint! There is no space at the moment for me to set everything up - but I did at least today unpack my stuff and have a go! Glad you like it... needs a couple of things changed... OH really likes it and he says he'll frame it and hang it somewhere! I'll go through some of the things I've done and see how well the photograph... I'll keep you postedThanks for your kind words though! [:$]

woolybanana
Accountants are the only people who are diplomats when they dont have to be because they hold the keys. PS, Your painting is rather good I think.

Christine Animal
Now this is really something the French don't know anything about ! But I know they always think it tastes good. Beautiful Pads. I've never done one either, lived here too long ! When we were kids, with my friends the twins, every weekend we used to make a Victoria sponge. They were pretty good, but I never got further than that. [:D]
