Ian Rough Posted July 2, 2009 Share Posted July 2, 2009 Does anyone know whether the renewable energy company called C'Energie has gone bust or been taken over, or anything? We bought a system with them, along with an extended service contract and yesterday when we rang there was no reply from any of their offices and we went along to the office at Vars which was firmly closed, shutters down and no notice on the door. Pierre ZFP Posted July 2, 2009 Share Posted July 2, 2009 Is it possible that your warranty was actually an insurance policy (which many of them are these days)? If so you maybe have a claim against the underwriters of the policy. Might be worth checking any documentation you have before giving up just yet.
