She needs to contact the Indian High Commission in London - http://www.hcilondon.net/visa/visa-requirement.html , or the Indian Embassy in Paris.I hope that's helpful. Had to get a tourist visa on my British passport from the High Commission in London. Cost £30 - had to be a postal order, no cards or cheques , plus 2 photos, plus special delivery envelopes there and back. The visa is multiple entry valid for 180 days. The form ask for 2 references in Uk and 2 in India. One of each will do. They posted mine back in less than a week.
