Jotty Posted October 2, 2008 Share Posted October 2, 2008 I travelled by Ryanair the first time ever this week, a quick four day visit to the UK for the first time in a long while.I have read various reports of this airline, and it seems to attract some criticism, so I just want to report my limited experience. Everything worked perfectly, including booking and on-line check in.The plane arrived early in both directions, and the total cost was 39 euros.The cabin crew were polite and helpful.As I say this is my only time but it seems fair to record the good alongside the bad. I have been delayed once and the staff have always been polite. As you say it is good to note the good....if you see what I mean!Now and then I am sure people have reason to complain but I do not expect much as I pay a pittance really and I get from A to B safely and stress free.
