peanuts

Geordie land as I call it is bloomin' expensive.

In UK at a farmers suppliers I could buy wild bird food - a mixture of grains, cost  £3.50 for 25kilos.

I would like to buy unsalted roast peanuts to eat myself in France but have not found any so far.

Strangely they do sell raw peanuts which are not sold in UK for 'elf n' safety reasons but expensive.

Making peanut butter from monkey nuts takes time.
I am trying to find a supplier of peanuts in moderate bulk for a bird-loving friend living near Gourdon. Can anyone help?  Jim Smith
Hi Jim,

Don't forget, you can always get them from the LPO, so helping bird conservation twice!

Go http://www.lpo-boutique.com/catalogue/jardin-d-oiseaux/alimentation-et-eau/

Edit: Blimey, two typos in my original, one-line reply.  Must have been late ... [;-)]
