opas Posted September 26, 2004 Share Posted September 26, 2004 sautee peppers ,onion,garlic in a little olive oil ,add 1/2 cup while wine some fresh chopped arsley ,boil,then simmer add tomato passata ,place fish in an oven dish pour sauce over cook in oven for about 20 /30 mins add a couple of spoons of creme fresh and stir in just before serving.
