mooky Posted August 9, 2006 Share Posted August 9, 2006 I have just bought a tiny bag of this out of curiosity. At least I think they are edible Lupin seeds. I got them from Carrefour. Does anyone know what I do with them, they are dried. Quite a large seed. Not like Lupins back in UK. I obviously have to soak them. Has anyone tried them? I ended up using them for "baking beans" Broad beans are perhaps the vegetable that loses least by being frozen so that is the way I go now.All vrac means is loose.
