I have been using Sucre Poudre Extra Fin, but though it IS extra fine, it's not quite icing sugar. Mind you, using the extra fine stuff didn't stop my lemon drizzle cake from getting completely demolished. Made it yesterday morning and it was gone by the evening. And no, slim club members, it wasn't me who ate it. We just seemed to have a run of visitors yesterday.
