If you have it, does it have a list of ingredients? Am I being paranoid, thinking it might be made of something dreadful (not slug juice or human placenta, but some awful chemical or petroleum by-product) - nah, I'm probably being paranoid - if it was bad, it would not be available.Sweet 17 - go on, you won't ever look back - I used to enjoy the kneading too, pretty therapeutic.... it's just that the hands get a bit more tired now, and creaky. If you have the opportunity, a friend with a breadmaker, get a demonstration. What stopped me before was that I thought it would be yet another gadget that I would probably not use properly.
