Whoops, sorry united, I was so obsessed with the bookends[:D] I forgot to reply to you.

I used to look at the BBC sport page every day, but I'm a slacker, as has been made manifestly clear to me recently.

Still, if we can't annoy our so called 'adult' children about footie, what function is there left for us?

I speak, of course as a parent who is perfect in every other way.[:D]

I dive into the Team That Everyone Else Loves To Hate* fan sites now and again, but the physical distance, for me has resulted in an emotional distance. This may be the cue for certain people to jump in and say 'none of their supporters live there anyway' but I used to live within a twenty minute walk of the ground.[:'(]
