Amanda
Hi, Does anyone know what 'Baking Powder' is in french and also if it is readily available in the Supermarkets, I trawled both Carrefour & Champion, but could not see anything that looked similar. Also, does anyone know if any of the supermarkets etc sell muffin cases? The only ones I could find were the tiny little ones, but would ideally like muffin sized ones. Our neighbour has genourously donated us a large crate of blueberries and I have now got cravings for muffins. Thanks

I have bought muffin cases, try where the paper plates and tea strainers are.
Amanda
Many thanks for that, I was looking for a small tub rather than sachets. Will keep a closer eye out for the muffin cases too now I know they are available. Thanks Again
Clair
AmandaI have no idea where you are based (no location details in your profile), but the Champion in Figeac (46) sells baking powder in its foreign foods section.
opas
And just to call me a liar I have been out to the Champion where I have been shopping for 4 years and has moved the baking powder near the sugar and cake decorating stuff! Go to Lidl, it is always near the flour and eggs!
