Lespearsons Posted July 8, 2012 Share Posted July 8, 2012 We are planning going to see the 14th stage of the tour from Limoux to Foix.Any advise on where best to see a climb, where to park and when to get there? Quillan Posted July 8, 2012 Share Posted July 8, 2012 To go that distance you want to see them when they are working hard i.e. going up a climb. The best place is between Quillan and Nebias (nearer to Quillan) on the D117. You will need to get there about 04:00 to have any chance of parking. The route is closed 10:00 till 15:00 at our end. We will be there the night before as I have a party of eight. Just look out for some idiot in a hat working a BBQ and looking either stressed out or p*ssed, or possibly both.
