However, after putting much thought into it and talking with a few other folks, we decided we didn't want to risk it. I suppose we are just not that trusting with the largest investment of our lives. We do have friends who would probably be willing to stay here during certain times when we are gone and we would probably lean towards that.Not sure if you mean to manage rental guests arrivals and departures or simply taking care of the house. As for guests, I would NEVER allow anyone but myself to do that, but we do live here year round, so that may make the difference.Hope someone else is better able to guide you.
