I am thinking of buying and selling antiquated french garden furniture from local Broacntes. shabby chic'ing and storing locally for UK sale. the london market is very strong. Cendrillon Posted November 18, 2011 Share Posted November 18, 2011 Northern Brittany is not my neck of the woods but is there a Troc near you or perhaps Emmaus depot, they might be worth a look. At the Country Living Christmas Fair in London last week someone was selling sets of old French china, every day stuff and asking quite a lot for it. Russethouse Posted November 18, 2011 Share Posted November 18, 2011 Wooly, on this occaision I think you may not be quite right - I do know a couple of dealers who deal in French stuff (one lives there) but the market in the Uk has been dire, and is is only now perking up in certain sectors.
