Electrician-Gardener-Cartaker-Plumber Wanted this coming week while we are here

We are currently on holiday in our barn in La Souterraine, the builder has let us down again so we require an Electrician to wire up some lighting, a garden to help control the the wild growth, a plumber that can work out why the boiler isnt working and a trust worthy caretaker/cleaner to help with cleaning when we/family and friends use the property.
