Can someone clarify as I have read somewhere, and can I find the resource again, nope, that if you semi submerge an above ground pool an 60cm is out of the ground the child reglations are not applicable unless you have a deck around the edge of the pool. Théière Posted November 9, 2010 Share Posted November 9, 2010 Not a s far as I am aware, you must have the sides higher than1.1m min and remove the ladder when not in use, also nothing within a 0.5m radius of the pool edge that could be climbed on to gain access. AnOther Posted November 9, 2010 Share Posted November 9, 2010 60cm is only 2 ft and basically I seem to recall from somewhere that you are trying to make it inaccessible to a 5 year old so no chance of that.
