Judith Posted January 10, 2011 Share Posted January 10, 2011 And you are not supposed to smile or wear glasses (difficult if you cannot see to put the money in without them!!), but yes, when I submitted my E106 (yes, I know it's changed) and attestation to CPAM when I arrived, the next thing I got was the form to send back with photo etc. Memory says it arrived back within a fortnight - so indeed, i should wait until you are asked ..
