CeeJay Posted January 16, 2004 Share Posted January 16, 2004 I have a Wanadoo Access Libre account on my computer in France but have just bought a laptop as a replacement. At the moment I am in UK but will take the laptop with me when we go back across. I am trying to put the Wanadoo account into the laptop but every time the modem dials the number, 00 33 8 600 84 84 an English voice tells me that the number has not been recognised.Is it not possible to dial this number from outside France, or could there be another problem. Mazan Posted January 16, 2004 Share Posted January 16, 2004 >Is it not possible to dial >this number from outside France, Yes, it isn't possible.If you just want to access your Wanadoo email from the UK then either use a UK ISP to connect and then run Outlook Express in the normal way, or use the Wanadoo webmail service from any computer connected to the internet.
