Alice/Tiscali customers: consumer survey

If you are an Alice (formely Tiscali) customer and have notice a deterioration in the service over the last few months, the French Consumer's Association wants to hear from you.

This is how to contact them:

To receive the survey, simply write to them:

"Madame, Monsieur

Je suis abonné(e) au fournisseur d'accès à Internet

Alice (anciennement Tiscali), et depuis quelques mois je rencontre des

problèmes (assistance injoignable, coupure de ligne...).

Je voudrais vous faire part de mon

témoignage.

Dans l'attente de votre réponse, veuillez agéer, Madame, Monsieur, l'expression de mes sentiments les meilleurs."

I've looked at this link.  Am I misreading what they say?  I have to write to them - on paper, in an enveloppe, with a stamp and take it to a post box [*-)]?   In this age of electronic communication?  I can't think they get too many 'temoinages'.
