tonyv Posted November 23, 2008 Share Posted November 23, 2008 orange.fr have had routing errors since Thursday evening. In my case I can't acceess my pop3 server in the UK fro my orange.fr adsl line. My service provider there is www.gradwell.net, which won't route from here. According to their service status (http://www.gradwellstatus.com/), the problem lies with Open Transit/France Telecom (of which Orange is a reseller).What is the number for the English-speaking help-line? Tim Posted November 23, 2008 Share Posted November 23, 2008 I agree - I am having problems accessing a favourite website, although their own site is working ok for me.It would seem that the same problem is affecting Orange users in the UK as well.I've e-mailed Orange France with a traceroute showing them where the problem lies, but they should know that already.
