tuppence Posted May 4, 2009 Share Posted May 4, 2009 Hi,I have a cordless phone Alcatel Versatis. It is plugged into an FT socket in the lounge with an extension in the bedroom. I have over 30 names/numbers keyed into the phone memory for ease of use. When I look at the window in the handset when the phone is ringing it just says"unavailable", it does not show the name of the caller which I thought it would pick up from the phone memory. Is this a fault with the phone or FT? Anyone got any idea? All my calls go through my modem, so would this have any effect?tuppence Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
