Video-ing other channels

Hi,

As someone with a very limited knowledge of technical things, is there a way that I can video a programme while watching another easily??????  I have a satellite dish (no French tv) and use Free-to-Air for all programmes. I can video programmes when not watching tv, but occasionally programmes clash timewise and it would be nice to be able to video one of them.

You will need another head on your existing dish, or an additional dish, together with an additional (sky)box if you want to have access to two programmes at once.

You will still need a new LNBand extra cabling to get two connections from the dish if you want to record one channel while you watch another.

Either get anohter Sky or freesat box from which to record while you watch the signal from your original one or buy a device with this built in as mentioned above.

Not quite correct if you buy the Humax, you can watch and record certain programs at the same time with 1 LNB.
