Ours seems to update channels whenever its switched on, whether there are any changes or not, but then the guide can be missing most of its content.Any ideas welcome!Johnnyboy Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Danny Posted September 2, 2014 Share Posted September 2, 2014 No problem here.This is often caused by a poor reception on certain frequencies.Specifically on 11427 H 27500 2/3 as this is the frequency that the freesat signal i.e. channel list and guide are broadcast on.to check this, put you box on channel 999 and then check the signal qualityMenu, system, diagnosticsYou can do the same for other channels to test your receptionfor example put it onchannel 105channel 126channel 108channel 202channel 203and compare the results of signal quality.Danny Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
