Orange Livebox 4

Hello everyone,

I got internet connection from Orange and I have the router Livebox 4 but unfortunately the telephone line is not working...whenever I try to make a phone call i get some kind of an auto message that says "telephone parameters must be determined and I should go to http://Livebox" ...I open the internet page and follow the instructions for telephone installation but at the end it says Installation failed.....I really appreciate it if someone can help with it :)

Does that mean that your telephone number is not showing on the screen of your Livebox with a tick beside it ?

The video needs cookies enabled, which isn't the case on my laptop, so I had to allow them just for this.

How long has it been connected, sometimes it can take a few days  for the VoIP phone side to kick in.

What does it say in the Livebox under 'my telephone' ?

somehow it worked ....but i have 2 phones connected now ....i dont know if this ok but it shows that 2 phones are connected now one is "wired FXS1"

and the second is " DECT DECT1"
