Frederick Posted February 5, 2009 Share Posted February 5, 2009 These sick kids did not find the pups by the canal bank...they must have been taken there probably from the mother so there may even be more pups where these two came from...I do hope the RSPCA are taking this further to trace the house they came from.....then a Police matter perhaps ! the publicity should dob sombody in ?
