Pafs Posted March 25, 2004 Share Posted March 25, 2004 I know its a bit of a selfish querybut.... never mind I have been trying to find a single cab pre-75 VW pickup (they look like a chopped up camper) for some time now with little success (all either pristine condition with hardly any miles on the clock(=expensive) or modified(=hard to import + dont want).I noticed when in France that local garages seem to have more what i classify as "classic cars" than those in the UK.So what i am basically asking is, if anyone has noticed a VW pickup for sale for example when driving past a local garage or if any one knows of any one selling one or even a vw specilist shop (i know there is one in Tolouse).If by some slim chance someone has seen one for sale if you could you let me know where (based in dordogne 24 willing to travel anywhere) and name ofgarage/shop: It would make me a very happy person...Sorry to post such a self centred question but desperate times call for desperate measuresThanksSam Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
