derf Posted June 13, 2005 Share Posted June 13, 2005 For Cam Belt use "Courroie de distribution" and to change all the associated parts (recommended), guides and tensioners it's a "Kit de distribution". Overhead cam engins used to mainly have chains controling the cams but now as belt technology gets better they are being replaced by belts which probably explains the language crossover.
