I read your posts and would like to know what the outcome was. Did you get your license back?

I had the same situation you had, same speed and same fine (750 Euro )

They didnt take my car but took my Dutch license. I have the counterlicense now but was wondering how long it took them to send it back to you. (if they did)

Did it hurt your UK license?
